I have a Wolf Viceroy coming and want to make sure I use the right settings for my 2012 production Avenger chronograph. The Orbita database says clockwise rotation and 800 turns per day. Is this an optimal setting for a Breitling 13 movement? Also, there is a time delay feature setting in the Wolf. What would be a good setting for this?
Forgive me if my questions are basic but this is my first real mechanical watch and I don't want to hurt by causing undue wear. I couldn't find anything specific with a forum search.
