I am new to the forum having just purchased a galactic 44 with a steel bracelet. I'd like to also buy the black military strap it's often seen with. Unfortunately finding one online has been more difficult than I imagined. Could someone point me to where I might find one..preferably an original manufacturer strap although I'm interested in learning about other alternatives. Hopefully I posted in the right section. Thanks for your help.

The Breitling military strap is fairly recent addition hence may not be easy to find at online grey market sellers.
Your best bet is your nearest Breitling AD.

Thanks. i will check with the local AD. By chance does anyone know what material the military straps are made from? I believe the "tang" buckle is a standard belt style buckle not a deployment clasp, correct?

By definition tang is the prong style of buckle. I believe that the straps are made from nylon.

they very much look like Morrellato Cordura Lorica, don't they ?

great straps, though a bit cheaper:

Thank you for the help. I'm planning on emailing the Breitling boutique in NY since I'll be spending some time in the city in the not too far distant future to see if they have them available and at what cost. I don't mind paying a premium (within reason) for the manufucaturer strap but the listing you provided is certainly at an appealing price point. I suspect the Breitling's will be priced significantly higher than that. Does anyone have any experience with these straps or any others they might fit nicely on the new Galactic?
