If the heads of the screws have simply broken off I would see if you can have the rest of the screws removed. A precision machine shop may be able to do that for you without ranging the connecting piece that the screws connect to.

Thank you do you know how to go about finding a machinist that will be willing to work on this project. Also if I wanted to purchase this link directy from breitling is that possible or do I have to buy the whole bracelet. Would you know how much this particular link would be? Thanks for everything guys

You can order a link from an Authorized Dealer, and as for a precision machinist, perhaps a good watch repair center may bible to back the screws out.

I'm guessing the thread lock worked very well on the 2 screws you tried to remove.
