Post subject:  Orange rubber strap
Dear All,

A while ago I read about an orange rubber strap that Breitling carried for a very short period of time. I told this to a collegue of mine, and he was very ethousiastic about an orange strap (we're Dutch hence the fact ;-) ) and the other day he asked me if I could get a hold of one for one of his two lings (SuperOcean). I've been looking on the forum but can't remember where I read it...

Anyway; does anyone know where to find info on this OEM strap or perhaps know someone who has such strap lying arround ;-)

No OEM orange strap. Red only lasted a few weeks before being withdrawn for colour bleed issues.

Ah! I must have seen a bled out red strap which we could then consider as orange ;-)

Any hints tips on a red strap?

The red ones come up for sale occasionally on watch forums like this (and sometimes eBay), but they are always at a massively inflated price due to the rarity factor. Plus you have to remember they were discontinued for a reason (colour-bleed issues as said above), so if you find one you'll be paying a crazy price for a technically faulty product.

If you want a proper orange rubber strap, I'd suggest you check out Isofrane. Best rubber strap you can buy IMO.

Oh yeah those Isofrane divers are nice quality.
