So, this may seem a little strange (well, maybe not to the folks on this forum :)), but I don't want to wear my Super Avenger Military because I want to keep the strap pristine. I called the NY Boutique & they told me that the strap is not currently available separately, but that Breitling was "considering" selling it separately. I asked what would happen if I damaged the strap & needed a replacement, but the rep really didn't have an answer for that one.

So in the meantime, I'd like to wear the watch. Can anyone suggest a suitable substitute in the meantime? I'm thinking about a Diver Pro III with a blacksteel tang, but I really like the look & texture of the Offroader strap, if someone is aware of a 3d party strap that's a close match.

I just replaced it with the DP II on a black steel tang. Looks very clean. Also tried it with the DP III and it looks nice as well.

Thanks! I ordered a DP3 with black tang as well, should be here tomorrow. Now I might actually dare to wear it. :)

My AD did tell me that when she called Breitling to inquire about a spare 100W, they said that it wasn't available "yet" but they at least had a price for the strap ($75). I also called the NY Boutique, the salesperson there said they've had a lot of interest in the strap, and that maybe there would be some news after Baselworld.
