| Post subject: | Pro II for SA clasp will not lock |
Does anyone know what would cause this and how to correct it? I took my SA off to workout and put it in my bag. When I took it out it did fall about a foot onto heavily padded carpet as it was wrapped in my towel but seemed fine. I went to put it back on after and for some reason the clasp will not not lock, it looks like something is misaligned for some reason and I have no idea why it won't lock. The attached pictures are the best I could do to show what is happening. |

Looks like if got bent out of shape a little, should be an easy fix |

which part is bent? Something I can bend back myself and save me a trip to the Jeweler? |

I figured it out after I saw some pictures and bent the bar a bit to get it to the correct position. The part of the clasp that says Breitling was basically straight and didn't have the curve anymore. Must have happened over time from taking it on and off. That concerns me a bit though that the steel in that part is so flismly that it would straighten out over time like that. I hope it hasn't caused any structural damage and weakened that part of the clasp to where it could completely fail one day. |

Sorry I got a customer and couldn't answer u back quick enough, I always repair those at my jewelry store, not breitling usually. If it arc gets bent a little it throws the whole thing off. Glad you fixed it |

No worries at all. Yeah me too. Easy enough to do with my hand which concerns me though. You would think that would be a bit stronger piece because of where it is located. |
