Hi all I'm new to this forum and this is my first post.

I recently acquired my first Breitling, it is a colt 38. Would anyone know if there is an original Breitling deployment band that would fit my watch, if so where could one be purchased? Im currently using either the leather or rubber band but would like a rubber deployment band seen on other models for some convenience.

Thanks

The Colt 38 has 18mm lugs, and if memory serves, I'm pretty sure the rubber strap with deployant isn't available in that size.

You best bet would be to phone any Breitling AD as that would be the only place I'd recommend buying one from anyway. Too easy to fake to risk buying from elsewhere IMO.

On my leather strap it's got 20-18. So I guess that is a 20mm lug. I will call Breitling AD and see what is available.
Thanks

If it is a 38mm colt then as Driver8 said, it has 18mm lugs.
If the strap says 20-18 then it has been "forced"to fit the 18mm lugs unless it is the later colt, 41 mm which had 20mm lugs.
What is the model number stamped on the back of the watch?

It has A74380 on the back and the bands are original Breitling that came with the watch.

Sorry for any confusion!
Is there an original rubber deployant band made for this model or would i have to get one from another model?
Thanks

Ah right, when you said "Colt 38" I assumed you meant this one as it's 38mm -

However as it's a A74380 (which, as others have said, has 20mm lugs), then yes there is a rubber Diver Pro 3 with deployant available in that size. Rubber straps aren't model specific, so just pop to an AD and they'll source one for you.
