I feel REAL silly asking this....

I have an Avenger and know the rotor has to rotate clockwise to keep the mainspring wound.

Does this mean I set the watch winder to rotate the watch counter clockwise?

Seems to me if I select clockwise on the watch winder, the watch moves clockwise but the rotor would move counter clockwise.

Thanks in advance.

Set the winder fo clockwise, that is what "watch winder direction" means which is how it is normally specified.
