I have a Breitling Old Navitimer model D13322- I currently have a leather band- do I have more than 1 option for a stainless steel band to fit this watch properly?

Sort of.

Assuming by stainless you mean all stainless rather than TT to match the watch. You need bracelet end links specific to the Old Navi but there are three - 423a which is 22/18 and has the script B on the clasp, 440a which is 22/18 and has the wings logo on the clasp, and 'old navi / cosmonaute' (that's how it's marked) which is an older pilot bracelet.
