Its been my experience generally, that spring bar holes universally, are 1.00mm diameter approximately, regardless of the OD of the spring bars used. There’s always an exception to that rule of course, but from someone who dabbles in watch design I would think you will be OK.
The OD of the spring bar is important to the watch strap thickness and size, as you will no doubt experience with the Kain straps overall appearance. The only issue I find is that if the strap gets too thick and generally stiff, it may not install in the lug depth against the case without forcing it. Especially if the lug have to be supersized. Not good for the spring bars in that case and comes down to a compromise on strap and SB size. Assuming that you have checked this before buying, then it should be OK if you think the clearnaces will be a good fit.
