O/K so I've got a watch winder to keep my Avenger Sea Wolf wound.
What direction should I use, clockwise or anti-clockwise?

Whichever you want, the calibre 17 movement winds in both directions.

Remember if you have a Wolf 2.7, the bidirectional setting should be half (like 400 TPD on bidirectional equals 800 TPD). I have typically kept my Navi 01 LE at 800 TPD and occasionally switch between CW and CCW
