Bought a strap from kainheritage but the shorter part is slanted. Look at the picture, right side is taller than the left, T_T WTF>>>

Is this normal, should i request new one form kainheritage?

It's different man, this time the strap itself at the right is taller, not the side of the tube,etc.

Yes maybe i will sue kainheritage, i am heading to the civil department to discuss it.

Kainheritage offered to fix this by sending me 2 shorter straps to choose. I believe it's a small mistake they made earlier, glad that they are willing to fix it. Would still give them a good rating for the quality of the strap and service.
