Earlier in the year I saw a few members managed to get their hands on the Diver Pro III on Deployant, but I'm conscious that the Tang Buckle Version has only just been made available, although not all configurations are yet released, my 152S 22-20 arrived at my favoured AD yesterday.

I couldn't find any pictures of it on the internet previously, so hopefully a few pics will help anyone thinking of making an order.

Unlike the plain looking Pro 2, the Pro 3 has reverted back to the raised lettering of old, but it's much more subtle than before. The "B" is the most pronounced, slowly fading towards the end until the "I", "N", and "G" are inverted. It's in no way OTT and, in my opinion, the perfect balance of Pro I and the Pro II put together.

I've had Omega Rubber straps in the past, Tag Heuer Rubber, and the ever present Isofrane, but like my earlier Pro II, this is equally the softest and most supple strap yet.

It has a level of stretch to it that can only aid comfort, and the polished tang buckle may be fiddly to begin with, but it's solid.

Being high quality rubber, it doesn't attract lint/dust nearly as badly as cheap silicon straps, but it can still pick up the odd bit. The Isofrane does a better job of keeping the fluff away.

You can pick these up for around the £110 mark, so certainly a lot cheaper than the deployant combination.

Thanks to Richard at Andrew Michaels for sorting me out with yet another Breitling related purchase :D

Looks good on the sea wolf, I've been thinking of getting the new strap. Is the buckle available in brushed steel ?

Yes, brushed or polished, same as the Pro II.
