Post subject:  B55 Connected not connecting

I have recently purchased a new Breitling Exospace B55 Connected. I am not able to get it to connect with my New Samung S20 Ultra through the Breitling B55 Connect app. I have thoroughly gone through the steps to get the two devices to connect. The connect setting on the watch is set to "on" and push connect on my phone app and it continues to come up unsucessful. Yes my bluetooth is turned on on my phone. Has anyone else experienced this or have and suggestions? Thanks in advance.
