Thinking of purchasing a watch that will need repairs, What are the chances that the Breitling Complete Service would take care of all the issues? included picture of dial

Seller: "Had the factory blue dial installed, was serviced not too long ago, but the hacking seconds requires the crown to be turned back a tiny bit to engage. Bezel does not turn very well. Bottom chrono needs to be aligned to 12, pushing the start/stop pusher makes the seconds chrono jump a little. "

Here are a few questions I asked the Seller:
Do you have any service history on the watch?
Was the dial done by Breitling?
How long is the current power reserve?

Seller: "It's holding full power reserve right now, the dial is an OEM dial that was installed by a local watchmaker, service was this year, but not done by Breitling (but they do use original parts)."

TIA for any info.

Since the service was done so recently I wonder why the corrections are not being made by the seller's watchmaker under warranty?

Good question this is what the seller said, doesn't make me feel that great about it.

"They were (minus the bezel), but they popped up again. I’d honestly recommend going to a higher end place or going to Breitling."

Fair enough I guess.

So to help out on your original question, Breitling certainly can fix those issues with a full service, however, as you probably know, a service by them is expensive. They may also want to replace some of the visible parts and offer a polish, which personally I would forgo to keep the look just as it is. If you go with Breitling, make sure to ask for any original parts (often hands) back when you first give the watch to them.

He is still asking 2300, I think I will just wait to find one in better condition. Thanks for your help

Breitling won't return used parts, in UK at least.

I have no idea. Like many posters he/she declines to give a location in the profile. That's why I added "in UK at least", because that's all I can speak to.
