Hello,

I recently rescued my dad's b-1 which had been sitting with a dead battery for 5 to 8 years. Upon changing the battery alll the functions seem to work just fine. Then I noticed that the hands were not moving, I tried syncing them using the instructions in the manual, but I can only set the seconds hand which is synqued with the digital time.

Any suggestions on what to do? I plan to take it to the AD soon but I'm scared of a hefty repair bill I live in the middle East and this things tend to be costly.

Thanks in advance

I had similar issues with an Aerospace. Just had to get it serviced.

My B-1 is just wrapping up a full service at the CT facility. It has been a simple and quick process taking about 1 month.
Mine was in for a battery but due to unknown history I opted for full service.
Full service will set you back ~$600 but note if many parts are damaged that can escalate quickly over $1000.
