Well, the hairspring can easily be pinned to the stud again. It is normal for the stud to be a friction fit in this type of movement. There should be a slot in the bottom of it for adjusting the position of the hairspring relative to the regulating pins. The piece missing from the mainspring bridge will probably have to be made. It holds the mainspring winding wheel in place. It should not be very difficult for a watchmaker to make that to fit. The balance cylinder has a tampon at each end which has the pivot at the end. These are replaceable. Any watchmaker who works on cylinder escapements can replace them with new ones. Finding a watchmaker could be a little difficult. You don't see many cylinder escapements anymore. I assume the motion works are complete. If not, it will be more difficult to restore it to working condition. Good luck with it. Onewatchnut |
