Is there any potential harm that can come from winding a movement up and then leaving the crown out for a period of time?

I just wound my Navi up and accidentally forwarded the date to tomorrow. Can I leave the crown pulled out till the AM without causing any damage?

It's not generally a good idea to leave the mainspring fully wound for an extended period of time, but a few hours overnight isn't going to do any harm.
