i may sound dumb for asking this, but what di i have to do for paypal? i have never used it before. please help me out, so i can get this paid for and can i use credit card or no?

Log onto paypal.com and open an account. They will want both a bank account and routing number and a credit card number. I would do it promptly as you may have to wait a bit before the account is usable

Good to hear it's rolling. Will Gunter ship them when everyone has paid, or as payments come in?

Looking forward to get that tracking number - not to mention getting the watch. That'll be great, waiting every day for the postman for two different packages...

does it have to be in euros? of course paypal is short-changing the americans on the exchange rate. i'll see how much it is in the morning (right now it's about $528.xx).

i just checked paypal has it at 528 and its really 515 or something like that

When I went to PayPal I just changed the funds to Euro and entered the amount of 340 Euros. I thought it converted mine to $515 USD but I am not for sure. We cant play the "exchange rate game". The rates change daily so it is what it is and since we have all known about this for months I cant see fussing about $25 here or there. Especially when the price includes shipping and handling. I just want my watch!!!!

EDIT: I just checked my PayPal account and I was charged $515.66 when my transaction was completed, this morning.

I think the right thing to do is pay in his (Gunthers) currency, wich is euro. Otherwise he's loosing on your weak dollar compared to the euro.

@BroncoSport - it's 350 Euros, not 340 Euros

If you pay by credit card rather than bank account (you can change it in the payment options) then you can have the credit card company do the exchange which is usually the most cost effective way.

Oh crap. Appearantly I cant read. I just send a second payment of 10 Euros for the difference. I pasted the same info in the comments but also included an explanation of what happened. Hopefully Gutner understands.
