My AD was able to get this in for my wife much sooner than expected. They said these were not supposed to hit US AD's until February so I'm not sure how they pulled it off. I don't know if this is true but all the US AD's I called to try and get one for her gave me the same story.

We're at the lake house for Christmas and the web connection is slow up here so I'm only posting one pic...more to follow.

Overall I'm happy with it. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about is that the bezel face is brushed and the rest of the watch and bracelet are polished. Even the edges of the bezel are polished. My wife just loves it so I guess that's all that matters. ...and she would tell me if she wasn't that in to it.

Very nice. The brushed bezel top on a polished piece is a classic Breitling look, even if the bezel is changed from what we have known of late. Enjoy your Christmas and nice work on the gift.

I haven't been in the game long enough to know that was a classic Breitling look. Knowing that does help me like the watch even more. It does look great on her wrist and it's fun to bust her checking it out. 8)

Wow, looks great Peter. Tell your wife she may not be the only one with a Colt 33 in the near future, may be checking that one out for my wife when more come in to the US. Good job and great timing for Christmas! :bow:

That's a nice watch Acro,

The brushed bezel does work very well with the polished watch IMO. Mrs KMG has an Oceane and she loves it. If my missus is anything to go by though - don't worry about her watch being brushed or shiny - it doesn't matter as it won't be long until it looks like it went down with the Titanic and has just been brought back to the surface :D :D :D . Mrs KMG wears hers all of the time and it gets subjected to make-up, sunscreen, general knocks and bangs AND it looks like it too :shock: .

Thanks JAYMAN - Tuth be told I'm the lucky one in this deal. She has put up with a lot of shenanigans over the past 12 years and for some reason keeps me around. :roll:
