This is as good a thread as any for my first post/comment in the forum. I want to thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed and thoughtful review. I realize it's been several years since you wrote this, but it is still perfectly applicable today. I just purchased my own SA in Air Force blue with Arabic numerals and I did so, in part, from your review.

I've always been an Omega/Tag Heuer junkie and this is my first (of I hope many) Breitlings. Thank you again for taking the time and I (like others) felt like I was there with you through the whole process.

Thanks Jdem for your kind comments! Yup! This was in the heydays of 2008! Just before the Credit Crisis! I still have the watch and LOVE IT!

Of course, an addendum to my review should have been I swapped the SA with numerals to an SA with Batons (the new model at this time) about 5 days after I wrote the review. All thanks to the Dealer in Dubai who kindly accepted it!

I just bought a new 233X SuperOcean strap for this bad boy and it looks amazing!

Couple of more pics!!
I thought the red accents on the dial complemented the red lining of the SuperOcean 233X strap rather well!

Remember that there is also an XL size to this strap if you have a bigger wrist that you could ask your AD to order for you.

I like the look of the superocean strap complimenting the red highlights on the dial. Great combo!

Why would you not look on Ebay? I bought like 4 Breitlings from there all were real got every each one verified and your protected by paypal. The best deals I always found were on there you buy it get it verified once you receive it and our done.

Great write up, I love the super avenger, I started with 1 of them now have 6 SAs
