I am trying to figure out why my Colt GMT doesn't run? I gave it a full wind, haven't hit it on anything or dropped it but it doesn't run at all? Does anyone know what may cause this? I have an extended warranty through tornuea but their customer service was a little cold and lacking on the phone and I'm reluctant to send it to them... can anyone tell me what the cause could be?

Thank you in advance,

Ross

If winding it doesn't cause it to run at all then there are many possible causes - obvious ones - a broken winding mechanism or a broken mainspring. Give it a good 'shake' to get the rotor going well and if it runs after that then it may be the winding mechanism, if not, likely the mainspring. Either way it's a warranty issue.
