Hi I have just bought a bentley continental gt and have noticed that the date changes at midnight, but the day display does not change untill 4am. Is this right? and if so why have they desighned it like this? |

It doesn't sound right, you need a visit to your AD. |

went to the dealer yesterday I was told that the parameters for the day/date changing are between 9pm and 3am. They changed the head of my watch and now the day/date change both at the same time at midnight. |

In general I personally expect a watch to change date within an hour of midnight. Fortunately mine all do.

Maybe.... in which case the AD was correct, but I was assuming he meant when the date wheel visibly starts to move, in which case the AD woudl be over-egging it a little IMO. |

The head is everything except the strap/bracelet. i.e. the main body of the watch (and all the internals, obviously). |

That's what I thought. So basically they exchanged watches with him excluding the bracelet. I guess if the watch is relatively new this is an option at the AD instead of sending it in to Breitling for repair. Thanks. |
