For watches that have a crown that you can screw in and out to adjust the time/date/etc. Is it possible to screw it back in too hard and break it? Like after you're done adjusting everything.

Thanks,

In theory yes, but if you're using common sense and stop when it feels reasonably tight you're fine.

Aleister is correct. You certainly don't need to massively over-tighten the crown as it's the gaskets (and not a metal on metal seal) that provides the water resistance. Finger tight is fine.
