I bought a brand new Navitimer 50th Anniversary silver dial version around a year ago but I always prefer the black dial one.

Do you think they would still have the dial in stock in Switzerland so I can send it back and ask for a dial change?
Thanks in advance!

They may still have a dial, but don't bank on it as although you may have bought yours a year ago, they were discontinued a few years ago now. And if I remember they were only made for a year anyway.

And even IF they do have a black dial in stock, it's a costly business to have it changed at Breitling. I was quoted well over £600 for a Montbrillant Legende dial swap. Not cheap.

PS - I just deleted your identical post in the other forum as we discourage duplicate posting as it means you get answers to the same questions all over the place. Oh and welcome to the forum BTW!

Thanks for your reply!
I am willing to pay if they still have a black dial in stock.
But How can I check with them?
Sending them email? Or ask the service center here in Hong Kong?

Watch was a one year only in 2002 (hence 50th anniversary). I am sure that you can get the dial replaced, they must be geared up for repairs, and I would start at your AD. In terms of cost though, understand what you are getting in to. Breitling will insist on a service at the same time and you are going to be looking at close to US$1,500 by the time you're done.

Go to the brielting website - www.breitling.com - and find the phone number for your country's regional service centre. If they are anything like BUK, they'll be able to give you a quote within minutes.
