$5400 head only
$5560 leather
$5800 leather w/dep
$5880 croco
$6120 croco w/dep
$6800 steel navitimer
$160 leather
$480 crocodile
$240 deployment buckle
$1400 navitimer bracelet
So as you can see it's irrelevant how you order it. often times you can get a better discount on a watch than the accessory if ordered separately so it would make more sense to order the most expensive option which is the steel. That said, many times a dealer will throw in the other strap when done this way, so ask for a deal
