That would be a very typical thing for a wife to do if she thinks the winder is noisy. And also quite typical to forget to mention her action to you. Been there, done that. Now I have quiet winders.

Hi Does anyone out there know why my chronomat late keeps stopping for no reason??? Its making me late!!! I keep the thing on a winder in the evening and on the wrist every week day. Any advice welcome John |

Yeah - The winder is set to clockwise It has only just started happening and is stopping when on the wrist! Thanks John |

Wind it manually 40 turns and if it stops, go and see your AD. |
