Hi - my watch was serviced by an authorized dealer a little over 2 years ago. It has now has stopped so assume it needs another battery. This seems a short time for a battery but I will take it in. The red sweep hand is at the 2 o'clock position - is this sign that the battery is dead or a symptom of something else? Can anyone help and share a manual for this watch? Thanks |

That model has a 2 to 3 year battery life, so there's a good chance it's just the battery that needs replacing. |
