Here is how the Breitling Service website described my Colt Quartz watch when received:
""CONDITION OF THE WATCH UPON RECEIPT
Bracelet Scratched, Crystal Antiglare Scratched, Bezel Scratched, Case Scratched, Crown Scratched""

My first Breitling service. Folks, I owned this watch for 3 months, wore it maybe 1 day a week desk work. Case scratches, yes because Pro bracelet rubs caseback when I carelessly set it down & pick it up, and do not set it on its edge or side as I should.. Is this just standard Breitling wording to cover themselves? It cannot in any way describe my watch as I would.

Yep...thats what mine said...and believe me I'd know if my antiglare was scratched.

I thought maybe they dropped it out of the car window before they inspected it but was told they inspect under magnification.

Thanks folks, I will relax. Because it took the watch 4 days to travel by Registered mail from Queens NY to Wilton, Ct (I think a 1 hr. drive), I thought maybe they drug the package on the ground behind the truck for 4 days.
