I've had my Wings Auto back for a week after having it overhauled and it's running about 10-12 seconds fast per day. Shouldn't it have been regulated before being sent back from Breitling? Am I too fussy? 10 seconds per day isn't all that much, but it does add up to over a minute a week, or just over an hour per year! I suspect it'll have to be sent back to be regulated. Does anyone know how long that will take? Thanks Adam |

Thanks Adam Yep, send it back. 10 - 12 sconds a day is too fast after a service. It's a simple job to regulate it, but they should've got it right the first time. ![]() I'm guessing it'll be a week or two for them to do it. |

I dont get it, thought a full service was also a 15 day checkup? Why didnt they saw this "error"? That means 2 minutes in 2 weeks. |

Thanks guys. It's just what I thought. There's no way it should be running so fast after an overhaul. It was with Breitling for 6 weeks, so they had plenty of time to check it was running properly. It's little things like this that make me hesitate to get another Breitling. I've got my eye on a Chrono Superocean, black dial, silver subdials, steel bracelet. But also been eyeing up an IWC Spitfire Chrono, steel bracelet, rhodium dials and subdials. Thanks for the feedback guys. Invaluable as always. Adam |

I'm going to take my Super Avenger back in today, it has run + 8 seconds a day since new and the minute hand goes out of sync with the second hand sub dial, i.e it doesn't sit dead on the minute marker when the sub dial is on the 60 seconds. I'm also going to have a moan about the deep scratches between the lugs that I noticed when I swapped out the bracelet for a leather strap, it looks like someone has already done a bracelet change but very roughly and without the correct tool! So much for a new watch!! Stef |

Stef OT but... I would 'lose it' if i found that damage between the lugs... I've had enough of my inept AD... they 'improvised' on removing the caseback on my SA, and i still don't have it back repaired... |

It'll be interesting to hear what the manager has to say about it when he's back in today! Stef |

i believe all the Breitlings produced after 2004 are all COSC certified meaning there should be no gaining or loss of time +/_ 4-6 seconds. If the watch was serviced from Breitling SA for 15 days this is definitely something to complain about and have remedied. Good luck, send it back so they can fix it. nic |

Had my watch back for nine days now after having sent it back to be regulated. In the NINE days since I got it back, it's lost SIX seconds. That's more like it! ![]() |
