Just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of getting a replacement bezel for SOH II 46 ?

Tried Breitling London and was told the model was no longer being made in 46 so they couldn’t help. Disappointingly the current bezel has a faded mark (not a scratch) at the 3pm part of the bezel and Breitling have said they can’t restore it. It’s a minor fade like the silver bit has rubbed off, but given the watch is just under 2 years old and cost 5k it’s quite a poor thing to happen.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I find it hard to believe that the dial is no longer available. Just because that size is no longer offered should not mean that replacement parts are not available. In addition this sounds as if it could be a warranty issue given that the warranty is five years on that watch and you stated that the watch is only two years old! I would ask for a better explanation!

I'll agree with Scot on this one, there's no way that there are no replacement parts available if this watch is only 2 years old. I know this model isn't produced anymore but they're still showing this on Breitling's website.

Thanks for the replies and advice guys and the info on spare parts and the 46 still being on the website. I’ve raised it with Breitling again via email this morning and will see what they come back with and keep the thread informed.

If I was you I'd contact BUK direct.

As others have said I can't believe Breitling would not have a replacement bezel insert for a two year old watch. They're capable of servicing and replacing parts on watches going back decades, so I think someone in the boutique was either misinformed or flipping you off.

Thanks Driver8. Sent a couple of emails to the Breitling store 10 days ago but to date they haven’t replied or acknowledged the emails yet. Haven’t been able to visit the store as I’m away with work. When you said BUK, do you mean Head Office UK ?

Thanks
