Hello, I have had a situation where my crown and stem have separated from my watch and wish to have it repaired, is there anyone out there that knows of an excellent repair person I can send it to and approximately the cost. I still have the crown It’s a 2011-2012 model. Many thanks to anyone who can help. |

It'd help to know where you're based, but to be honest sending it to Breitling (either direct or via an AD) would be the best bet, just so the watch gets a once-over to make sure nothing else is wrong with it. Alternatively, find a Breitling AD with an in-house watchmaker as replacing the stem isn't too big a deal. |

Unless a part is broken and needs to be replaced, any quality watchmaker should be able to handle that as a repair. Trouble is, these days few will repair without doing a service, and a service requires Breitling parts. |
