Hello, I have had a situation where my crown and stem have separated from my watch and wish to have it repaired, is there anyone out there that knows of an excellent repair person I can send it to and approximately the cost. I still have the crown It’s a 2011-2012 model. Many thanks to anyone who can help.

It'd help to know where you're based, but to be honest sending it to Breitling (either direct or via an AD) would be the best bet, just so the watch gets a once-over to make sure nothing else is wrong with it.

Alternatively, find a Breitling AD with an in-house watchmaker as replacing the stem isn't too big a deal.

Unless a part is broken and needs to be replaced, any quality watchmaker should be able to handle that as a repair. Trouble is, these days few will repair without doing a service, and a service requires Breitling parts.
