Hi all- I have a Breitling Aerospace that was purchased in 2002. I have replaced the battery many times, but my question is: How long will the watch continue to function once the display begins flashing? I have all LED displays/sounds off to try and preserve as much battery as possible. The reason I ask is I am currently deployed and am not scheduled to rotate home until mid-July. Any chance my watch will last until then? Thanks! Cheers, Greg |

You’ve done all you can to extend its life. It may keep going but factors such as ambient temperature can play a part. If it dies and it’s your only watch then it will be inconvenient but shouldn’t cause damage through leakage in that time frame. I’ve known folks leave them flat in a drawer for months with no problem, not recommended but may be reassuring in your situation. Welcome to the forum by the way! |
