I would like to know if Breitling can replace the sapphire crystal of a 2001 Breitling Superocean A17340 and how much does it cost?

Yes Breitling will be able to replace the crystal - they replace components all the time. In terms of price, your best bet would be to call or email Breitling direct. Contact details for wherever you're based is under "Service" on the Breitling website.
