Post subject:  Diver Pro 3 rubber band

Hi,

I recently bought my second avenger seawolf, with the Diver Pro 3 rubber strap, and metal buckle. I love this watch. The has a feature to extend the strap enable the diver to place the watch on top of a diving suit sleeve. My issue is that the band extends itself without me pushing the extending button. so the watch becomes loose on my wrest. did anyone face this issue before?

It is possible that something can press on the underside of the buckle?

Mine works fine so if no to the above then return for a warranty exchange.

Well, this seems to be the problem, if you take of the watch and fold close the buckle and press on the back of it you can release the mechanism to extend the band. I believe this should not happen. Try yourself and you will see.

Only in operation, I never took mine apart and I no longer have that strap/deployment so I can't look into you question.
