| Post subject: | Breitling Service with after market strap |
Hey all, Just wondering about what Breitling Service centers will do about sending a Breitling in with an after market strap on deployant (original Breitling deployant). Alternatively, what will they do if I send it in with an original Breitling croc strap that is in really bad shape? Will they suggest a replacement? Will they clean it/repair it? Thanks for your input as usual. Mat |

I am only familiar with BUK's practises. Refurbishment of the bracelet is provided with a full overhaul rather than with a maintenance service. I have never known a strap, OEM or otherwise to be refurbished during either intervention. An after-market strap should not result in a refusal of service or repair. Ring the service centre for advice, they are usually helpful. |
