Hi
Ling Fans I just purchased a slightly used Colt chronometre 100m/330 ft. This is a quartz model.blue face,date at4:00 3 subdials are silver very pretty indeed!! Can anyone provide information about this model. I paid $1600. can. +tax Ive heard battery life can be remarkable. and accuracy in the seconds per year. So if you can give me any of your evperince/learnings about this watch it will be much appreciated pandcurt victoria b.c.

Some of the SQ models have a quoted battery life of 8 years!

Of course this is subject to how much you play with it.

My Aerospace was 2 years I think and it lasted nearly 3 - no telling how long it was sitting before I bought it of course - could have been running 6 months already!

With all those sub dials you could give the battery a good seeing too but it should go 3 years or so between changes I should think.

Yes fun and practical.

I wear my B-1 as a daily beater but still get a kick out of it every time I check the time (which is several times a day when working nearly 75 hrs a week!).

Taking the weekend after next off - I know how to live!

This better be one hell of a Christmas break - I've earned it this year that's for sure. :)
