Or is simply french for gold. Vitesse is a variant of the Chronomat, I can't see from the photo whether yours is the Vitesse variant (the model numbers aren't completely indicative). You can't date it exactly in a watch of this old. If it hasn't been serviced ever / in a very long time then it's anyone's guess what a service is going to cost, likely $700 - $1,000, potentially more depending on what is found. The serial number is on the back of the watch, engraved lighter than the model number (presumably the one ending in 693) and I hope the model number on the back isn't D130150.1, I hope it's D13050.1. Would like to see the Chronometer certificate as it's unusual for a watch of this age to have one, and from what you describe the paper doesn't match the watch.
