Hey there new to forum and just gutted about my Navitimer Heritage.

Watch went in for full service 2 years ago when it stopped working:
Necessary Items:
Crown $42.90 Necessary
Push buttons(s) $191.40 Necessary
Hands $86.70 Necessary
Complete Service $640.00 Necessary
Total Necessary Items:$961.00

They also claimed at the time there was some water in it, so after spending all of that, I've been treating my Navitimer more like a little princess watch. Heck, I don't even wear it if the weather's above 20% humidity.

Exactly 25 months since that repair, it stopped exactly as before and now I get this quote back:
Service Charges for Necessary Work: $1,194.70
Movement Parts $0.00 Necessary
Dial $390.00 Necessary
Hands $0.00 Necessary
Water Test $0.00 Necessary
Gasket $0.00 Necessary
Ultrasonic Cleaning $0.00 Necessary
Miscellaneous $74.70 Necessary
Complete Service $730.00 Necessary

They claimed AGAIN that there's water damage, but I'm calling BS on this one. Needless to say nothing's more of a bummer to know that I've went from a Tag to a Omega to a Breitling and really just done with Breitling. (traded up each time)

sorry to hear that mate..

I just received my Navi back from full overhaul (Australia). From my experience here, the servicing is an absolute joke....$1000 for full service and it took 12 weeks. I got it back and the they have scuffed the crystal so we sent it back... another 5 weeks. I get it back again, two days later it the moon phase stops clicking over as well as the day, date. I send it back again.....

6 more weeks and I have it, no care taken on the case and its all scratched....f***ken hopeless....

love my breitlings and I keep buying them, but the other two I have, I have exact same experience with after sales....atrocious...
