I, recently, had the crown replaced on my Colt Chronometre but I suspect it is not a genuine Breitling part. Anyone with with experience on how to deal with this?

The only way you'll get a genuine part is to send the watch in to Breitling for repair. Breitling don't supply parts to anyone other than approved Breitling service centres so that's the only way.
