I am sorry if this has been covered before but I did a search and didn't find anything. I am about to buy an emergency and just wondering what I need to do in relation to the change of ownership? Thanks, Patrick |

You have to go to an AD that will fill out the form that puts the watch in your name. If you ever use the transmitter in vain you will be presented with a huge bill to cover the costs of an "aeronautical intervention". Also be aware that when the battery runs out off juice no AD will change it for you, it will have to be shipped off to BREITLING HQ where there are a few technicians appointed by DASSAULT to change the battery and overhaul the transmitter. Costs ? First time is free, after that 300 eur everytime your battery needs changing. |
