Dears - I purchased a used Airwolf 1.5 years ago from a Wien-based watch shop (non-AD), with a 2 yrs guarantee.
This winter, when wearing my watch in the cold I noticed that the seconds hand (big hand that ticks each second, yes?
) gets stuck. The watch works fine (both the analogue and the digital part), it's only the seconds hand that gets stuck. It actually pulsates on the second it got stuck on, as if it wants to move forward to the next second but it can't. This situation used to happen rarely, when wearing the watch in the cold. As soon as I go to normal temperature the seconds hand would start again. Also the hand would move properly when I enter the Synchronisation mode (so no obvious "mechanical" blockage).
Now it started happening very often and, as winter is long time gone, it happens at normal temperatures too.
At first I thought the battery might be dead, but no EOL indicator comes on.
I am going to ship the watch back to Austria to be fixed. I am wondering if this problem is not known between Airwolf/quartz owners and perhaps has a solution so that I know what to ask to the watch shop.
