New to this forum have just got my hands on my first Breitling after many years of wanting one!
My mint condition Navitimer 2400 GMT will not spark into life, have had both batteries changed for the correct ones and no joy.
My local watch man has no equipment to test the movements and said to find new ones! esa 900.231 & the small esa 961.103.
If i did this in my trade there would be no "Group B" rally cars about as the spares are hard to get if not impossible, so they have to be re made or a alternative found.
Could someone please help me with a repairer or a new movement, but i understand these are very difficult to get hold of!
I am at a loss but still cling to the hope that there are people who can fix these movements

No such thing that I am aware of. Early quartz modules are rapidly becoming obsolete and you will need a donor movement. They are getting harder to find and yes, the watches will soon be completely unserviceable.

Welcome to BreitlingSource.
