Hi everyone,

One of the pushers on my Navi World fell off. See attached picture. I did some searching and found the replacement part here:

http://www.chrono24.com/en/breitling/cr ... urerIds=32

It looks like the pusher was screwed on and simply fell off (probably due to its position near the crown when manually winding). However, can anyone confirm this? Or will I need to open the watch (i.e. service it) to fix this?

More likely a damaged pusher stem, which will require service attention. Not something I would be attempting myself.

Can you elaborate a little? The pusher stem still works to reset the chronograph. I just can't reset it easily.

Usual cause is damage to the end of the pusher stem which causes the pusher to come off or is caused by the pusher coming off - pusher gets caught on something and pulls off damaging the stem for example. Stem still works to reset the chrono but solution isn't simply to screw on a new pusher.
