You will have to be a bit more specific. What is the sound? Does it happen all the time, or when you shake it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Can you give us a better idea of what it sounds like, when it happens, whether it's constant or gets more pronounced if you shake the watch? The watch will tick and the swinging of the rotor will also make a noise, both of which are normal. Welcome to BreitlingSource. edit, MattC. got there first. |

If it is when you shake it then it's just the rotor and perfectly normal. You also shouldn't make a habit of shaking the watch. |

All part of the fun of owning a mechanical timepiece! Some are louder than others, while some still don't make much of a sound at all. It's just the rotor oscillating about. As Roff has stated, it's not the best idea to shake it about, chances are slim that it would hurt the watch but there's a good chance that it will drop from your hand and slam against the ground. There's a better chance of shaking damaging the watch than there is of it being dropped. Shaking can damage jewel settings, depthing, the automatic winding system, etc, etc, etc. |

Not that hard at all, it doesn't take much in the way of g-forces in the right direction to cause problems. |

So, the official service is sending it to Austria to Breitling factory for second opinion because it is the politics of Breitling... they say the movement is new, 4 years old, and the factory requests their inhouse supervision... nobody in the world has grade 4 licenc... I'm lost in all this info, but the watch is new and I would like to be secure is it ok or not ![]() |
