First ! I just purchased my first Breitling. Its a 2005 , I think. Thats based on me using a loupe cause I was afraid I wouldnt be able to get bracelet off, or on.
Anyway, dont know service history.
My problem is this, my watch doesnt seem to stay wound. I have winder set at constant clockwise, slow rotation.
If i hand wind if functions well.
My confusion is this, if the rotor winds by traveling clockwise, wouldnt winder go counter clockwise. I pretended a socket ratchet was rotor and thats how im thinking this way.
I have not tried it ccw yet. I only wear it every few days and am having to wind it. My oris and rolex are bi directional and stay wound..
I guess I need the big service....
Just hate to send it away when just got it... Any advice or experiences??
Picture to follow...
