Good day to all, Apologies in advance if this topic has been answered already. I recently traded an antique pocketwatch and received in exchange a transocean chronograph 1461 from the owner of a watch store in NYC. Afterwards I found out i may register it. I went into the paperwork and have the certificate and booklets as well. However, I noticed when I got home that the dealer had not entered their stamp or name or confirmation on the booklet, nor is there a registration card to send in. This was an even exchange, not a purchase at an official boutique of Breitling.
My question is; -will Breitling still register it if they receive the certificate...or a copy? -Is there someone at Breitling that I should ask what to do? -Due to this location not being an "Official boutique" is that why it was done this way?
I value and appreciate any and all feedback.
Thank you, Douglas
