Just purchased a new Breitling Avenger Seawolf. My question/problem is on the Bezel at 12 o'clock there is a raised round marker that upon inspection has several cracks in it. Would this be covered under warranty and if not what is the cost of a replacement bezel? |

I assume that you mean the lume pearl. That has a sapphire crystal cover which is what I assume is scratched / damaged. It would be covered under warranty. Welcome to BreitlingSource. |

He called Breitling and they told him to send in the watch but it probably will not be covered under warranty. They consider it abuse |

Well sapphire is pretty tough, but if it's cracked without damage elsewhere on the bezel I have a hard time seeing how that could be misuse. That said, if it is just the pearl crystal that's only going to cost a few bucks (so not sure why Breitling would argue it anyway). |
