Just purchased a new Breitling Avenger Seawolf. My question/problem is on the Bezel at 12 o'clock there is a raised round marker that upon inspection has several cracks in it. Would this be covered under warranty and if not what is the cost of a replacement bezel?

I assume that you mean the lume pearl. That has a sapphire crystal cover which is what I assume is scratched / damaged. It would be covered under warranty.

He called Breitling and they told him to send in the watch but it probably will not be covered under warranty. They consider it abuse

Well sapphire is pretty tough, but if it's cracked without damage elsewhere on the bezel I have a hard time seeing how that could be misuse. That said, if it is just the pearl crystal that's only going to cost a few bucks (so not sure why Breitling would argue it anyway).
